PLEASE ALLOW at least three weeks for delivery to the US. Canadian and International orders will take longer due to Customs. Please email if you have any questions about deadlines.

Please allow at least three weeks between order and SHIPPING in the US.

All items are custom made, heavily hand sewn, and unique! We do not keep anything 'in stock'. While some parts of certain items are made prior to sale, time between purchase and actual shipping will vary. Depending on circumstances such as type/size of item ordered, number of items ordered, and stock on hand, and time of year, your item will ship out from two weeks to four weeks after purchase. For expedited orders or emergency order information, please contact The Tailor.

All items are bagged separately before placement in shipping container. When necessary, items will be given additional support during shipping.

For U.S Customers

All packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail©. Depending on your location, items experience between two and four day transit times.

United States Postal Service

For Global Customers

Packages are shipped via USPS Global Priority Mail© with a shipping time that varies greatly from country to country (7 to 14 days to Great Britain and most of Europe). This estimate does NOT include time through Customs, which also varies from country to country and can take up to four weeks.


Expedited Shipping is Available Upon Request

Expedited shipping fee is $10.00
(next day and next business day available ONLY in the US).
Item will NOT be expedited until this fee is paid. No exceptions.

Money Back Guarantee

If, for whatever reason, you are not happy with your item or items, simply return them and we will refund your purchase price. Items MUST be in UNWORN condition and purchased NO MORE THAN THIRTY (30) DAYS PRIOR TO RETURN. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear. We are also not responsible for damage caused by improper washing or use of item by the customer. Additionally, The Renaissance Tailor reserves the right to refuse refunds for special commissions, including but not limited to commissions using fabric or materials not normally sold in this online store.
