Xmas Owl!
I haven't had a lot of time, lately to work on embroidery - while this is technically not a 'historically' item, it does count as embroidery.
As with the wee birds I did a couple of Xmases back, this one has a stuffed wool body on which I have done some embroidery in perl cotton. The eyes are a couple of red beads.
