
This is the mate to the tunic done earlier this year.
The embroidery motif is a mix of Norse and Irish motifs and carried out in perl cotton in both chain and stem stitch. Chequey binding was used on the neck and the cuffs. Metallic flat beads were used for embellishment and the rows of tripple swirls were made from brass wire by yours truly.
